What do I do if I have a warranty case?

You are very welcome to contact us via email, contact form or telephone. As soon as we receive the item from you, we take care of the warranty processing with the manufacturer.


How can I shop at Sonnerie GmbH?

- By phone or email to our customer service, who will help you with everything you need to make your purchase.


Can I pick up the watch personally?


As an online mail order business, we do not run a classic shop. However, we are happy to offer our customers the option of handing over their orders personally in our offices.

Collection is only possible by prior appointment.


How do I return an order?

The easiest way is to take the package we sent you (enclose the delivery note) and write our address on it:

Take the package to the post office and send it back to us by registered mail. Why enrolled? This is the only way you can be sure that the package will reach us.


I ordered the wrong item, what now?
This is not a problem. Send us the item back and we will cancel your order. You can simply order the right or desired item as if it were a new order.
