All products and services are subject to the terms and conditions of Sonnerie GmbH. The present terms and conditions apply to business transactions and delivery. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions are not recognized unless Sonnerie GmbH expressly agrees to them in writing.
NO GUARANTEE FOR INFORMATION
Sonnerie GmbH tries to offer its customers the best possible information about the range and services. In some cases, information is made available to us directly by manufacturers and suppliers. It is important to us to present this information in the most customer-friendly way possible. However, Sonnerie GmbH does not guarantee any information about the range, availability, delivery times, services and guarantee conditions and duration. This information should not be taken as a guarantee. We assume no liability for the correctness, topicality and completeness.
PRICES
The prices published at www.sonnerieuhren.ch at the time of the order apply. All prices are in Swiss francs and include the statutory value-added tax. The customer can use the payment methods offered at www.sonnerieuhren.ch for payment. Listed "instead prices" correspond to the competitive prices or non-binding price recommendations in Switzerland. No liability is assumed for deviating competitive prices or non-binding price recommendations. Sonnerie GmbH reserves the right to change prices at any time.
DEAL
The range, prices and services published on the Sonnerie GmbH website represent an offer. However, these offers are always subject to the (dissolving) condition of an impossibility of delivery or incorrect price information on the part of the manufacturer or Sonnerie GmbH.
As soon as the customer places an order online, by e-mail or telephone in the shop, this is considered a business decision or contract. An automatically generated order confirmation email informs the customer that his order has arrived at Sonnerie GmbH.
The receipt of this automatically generated order confirmation including the order number is not a guarantee that the product is actually available or can be delivered. The order confirmation only informs the customer that the order placed has arrived at Sonnerie GmbH. A contract has thus been created which can be dissolved in the event of non-delivery. The occurrence of one of the above dissolving conditions dissolves the contract immediately and without co-determination of the parties. If the contract is terminated, Sonnerie GmbH is not obliged to deliver a replacement.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Orders from Sonnerie GmbH are binding, which means that the customer must accept the service. It is at the discretion of Sonnerie GmbH to grant subsequent changes and cancellations in special cases. Handling fees may apply. Compensation is 20% of the order and the depreciation of the product since the order.
The customer has seven days to accept the products, otherwise Sonnerie GmbH has the right to dissolve or cancel the contract and to charge administrative costs.
If Sonnerie GmbH cannot deliver the order due to the impossibility of delivery, the customer has the right to withdraw at the earliest four weeks after the agreed delivery date. Amounts refunded in advance will be refunded to the customer due to non-delivery.
GUARANTEE
Sonnerie GmbH has no influence on the functionality of the products or the warranty of the manufacturer on products not manufactured in-house. The manufacturer's warranty conditions and duration always apply.
In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer has the following options: repair, replacement or reimbursement. The compensation is calculated based on the current value of the product, but never exceeds the value on the day of purchase.
Warranty services are provided provided there are no grounds for exclusion such as incorrect and harmful handling or other damage. Natural hazards (damage caused by the effects of nature), moisture damage, fall and impact damage and excessive wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Wear parts such as bracelets, batteries and the like are excluded from the guarantee.
In the case of repairs which are not accepted as warranty cases, Sonnerie GmbH will inform the customer. The customer will be charged a flat rate of CHF 35 for offers in the event of a repair not being carried out in order to cover the operational costs. No repair work will be carried out without the consent of the customer.
If a repair order cannot be delivered or if it is not picked up within three months, Sonnerie GmbH freely disposes of the goods.
Warranty replacement or warranty repair will not extend the original warranty period.
Sonnerie GmbH is entitled to change these terms and conditions at any time.
